PANABO CITY – After passing tests and interviews that were part of Davao del Norte State College’s hiring process, 19 non-teaching personnel took their oaths of office during the flag-raising ceremony on March 20, 2023. The oath-taking was administered by College President Joy M. Sorrosa and witnessed by DNSC employees.

The newly hired personnel under the finance services unit were Grace F. Araneta (cashier I), Bailey Ray I. Benigno (clerk III), Anjenel M. Davin (budget officer I), Jeff B. Doblas (student accounts officer), Jasper Nikko F. Estimada (accountant I), and Kristine Lyca F. Hilay (senior bookkeeper). Under the Human Resource Management Unit, the newly hired employees were Nestle Joy Arguilla (HRMO II), Monaliza Donaire (HRM assistant), Arjesa Mae B. Tarzo (HRM assistant), and Vince Adrian Almorin (clerk III).

Marvie J. Edullantes will support the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, while Corah Mae E. Fuentes will act as the private secretary of the Office of the College President. Diana Mae D. Garcia will reinforce the records unit and Junilyn A. Relatado is the new aquaculture technician. The newly promoted employees were Roselyn M. Aviso (cashier II), Lady Mae B. Daquio (HRMO 1), Ellen Jane A. Geolagon (records officer II), Maxiliane Marie F. Mendoza (budget officer II), and Irvin Glen S. Santamaria (supply officer II).

Most of the plantilla items were funded by the Revised Organization Structure and Staffing Standards (ROSS) for the non-teaching personnel for State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).
