Approval of Candidates for Graduation entails the process of recommending students upon the
completion of all academic and other prescribed requirements of their program, except in subjects
that they are currently enrolled in, and, had completed all required documents for graduation.
This covers the candidates’ application for graduation until the presentation to the Academic Council
and approval of the Candidates for Graduation of the Board of Trustees, Undergraduate (UG) and
Graduate (G) Students.
