CAV is an official document attesting to the qualification, status, or level of achievement of a
student enrolled in the College. It is a requirement for Filipinos who are applying to work or study
abroad. Official Transcript of Records (OTR), Diploma and other scholastic requirements duly
authenticated/photocopied with Certified True Copy stamp are requested for CAV for Red
Ribbon or Apostille purposes.
Certification is the act of certifying while Authentication is something which validates or
confirms the authenticity of something, and Verification is the act of verifying a document.
