PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) welcomed Dr. Arthur R. Bos, a professor from the American University in Cairo (AUC), for the renewal of Memorandum of Understanding between DNSC and AUC. The signing was held at the Conference Room, Administration Building, DNSC campus on April 21, 2022.
Dr. Bos has been a partner of the College since 2006, sharing his expertise in the field of marine biodiversity and conservation. Some of the discussed outputs of the collaboration are capacity-building of faculty researchers, research publication, and strengthening of international ties. During the signing, DNSC was represented by College President Joy M. Sorrosa, Vice President for Academic Affairs Girley S. Gumanao, Vice President for Research, Extension and Production Eliseo F. Huesca Jr., and Internationalization Initiatives and External Affairs Office Head Daniel Fritz V. Silvallana.
Also present to witness the signing were Vice President for Administration and Finance Reir Erlinda E. Cutad, institute deans, directors, and faculty members from the Institute of Aquatic and Applied Sciences.
