PANABO CITY – After a packed two-day International Organization for Standardization (ISO) external audit, Ms. Khen O. David of W3 Solutionz FZE announced that she would be recommending DNSC for ISO recertification. She presented seven commendations, 15 opportunities for improvement (OFIs), and zero observations and non-conformities during the closing meeting at the Gender and Development (GAD) Conference Room.

The audit took place on September 25-26, 2024. On the first day, College President Joy M. Sorrosa expressed confidence that the annual external evaluation would yield positive results and constructive feedback to enhance the College’s overall operations. She emphasized DNSC’s commitment to quality and timely service, as outlined in the Quality Policy Statement.

Auditor David reviewed the processes and documents of various offices and personnel, including the College Management Team, Internal Quality Auditors, Document Control Custodians, Academic Institutes, Student Services Units, Research, Extension, and Production Divisions, Administrative and Finance Services, and the Planning and Resource Management Office. She also toured the campus, observed classes, and interviewed students and employees.
