PANABO CITY – The International Youth Math Challenge (IYMC), an independent international mathematics competition for talented high school and university students, has awarded a Silver Honor to Ralph Moses L. Padilla for finishing among the Top 7% of all their participants.
Padilla is a first-year student of the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics program and has been actively representing the College in various competitions. Since his high school years, his teachers have already seen huge potential in his skills and willingness to improve and excel.
The IYMC involves qualification, pre-final, and final rounds. Since 2018, more than 12,500 students and 1,300 teachers from 98 countries have participated in the organization’s activities.
