BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The College President appoints a Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF). The VPAF’s primary responsibility is to oversee all administrative and financial services that are critical to the College’s delivery of instruction, research, and extension, as well as to plan for the employees’ welfare, economic, health, and professional development, and to perform other duties as delegated by the College President.
