Accepted abstracts for oral presentation may submit a full paper manuscript in consideration of the Best Paper Award.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- Presentation must be made by the principal author or one of the authors.
- Only one presenter per paper.
- Only the presenter shall be awarded a certificate of presentation.
- All presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt).
- The Organizer shall provide a LED Screen or LCD Projector.
- Text slides should be easily read from a distance of about 15–20 meters.
- The maximum duration for presentation is 10 minutes. An additional 5 minutes will be allotted for questions from the session chair and audience.
BEST PAPER AWARD
One (1) best paper shall be selected from each thematic area by three (3) reviewers based on the submitted full paper. The Best Paper must have a score of at least 85%. If no paper attains 85%, no Best Paper will be declared.
Criteria:
a. Content, Originality and Quality of Work – 50%
- Completeness, accuracy and consistency
- Generates new questions / cyclical in nature
- Quality of argument, soundness of methods, whether conclusions are supported by results
b. Significance of Findings – 30%
- Relevance to current or emerging regional and global problems
- Contributes to knowledge generation; addresses sustainable development goals
c. Manuscript / Write-up – 20%
- Quality of writing style
- Readability, understandability, and organization
- Clarity, coherence, precision, and conciseness
- Correctness in the attribution of sources through citations and referencing
