The Conference is planned as an in-person event at Davao del Norte State College, Panabo City, Philippines.
Submit your abstracts
The abstracts to be submitted must contain the following information:
- Must be written in English, single space, using Times New Roman, font size 12, A4 size (8″x11.7″)paper.
- The body text should not be more than 300 words.
- Must include the following:
Title
Author(s) name
Author(s) Affiliations
Authors Address
Email Address of the corresponding author
Keywords
Conference theme to which the paper abstract relates (select one)
- The title should have a maximum of 25 words, in bold, with the letter of the first word in uppercase and scientific names italicized.
- Indicate the presenting author by underlining the presenting author’s name.
- Indicate affiliations with a superscript number before the author’s name and in front of the appropriate address
- In case of multiple authorship, the presenter’s name should be underlined.
- Keywords should represent the content of your manuscript and are specific to the field or subfield. Use 3-5 keywords or phrases (of 2-3 words) separated by a comma.
- Use only one page and margins should be set at 1 inch throughout (top/bottom/left/right). Follow formatted abstract template provided.
- Please indicate if you wish to present your work as a full paper presentation or as a poster. The Conference Organizers will make the final decision.
- Abstract should be saved and submitted in MS Word file format. And filename should be in this format: Thematic area keyword_surname of corresponding author_first three words of abstract title.

- Accepted Abstracts (Oral) will be sent Notice of Acceptance on 15 September 2025 together with the registration fee details. Deadline of the registration fee will be on 25 September 2025. Payment will be through bank transfer and/or GCash. Bank transfer details will be provided in the Acceptance
Email.
Oral Presentation
- Accepted abstracts for oral presentation may submit a full paper manuscript in consideration of the
Best Paper Award (see the Best Paper section below). - Deadline of submission of manuscript shall be on 30 September 2025 and submitted through the official email of the International Research Festival (international.researchfestival@dnsc.edu.ph) with the following file name: ORAL_ Thematic area keyword_surname of corresponding author_first three words of abstract title.
- Failure to follow the guidelines below may lead to disqualification of the entry.
Presentation Guidelines
- Presentation must be made by the principal author or one of the authors.
- Only one presenter per paper.
- Only the presenter shall be awarded a certificate of presentation.
- All presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt).
- The Organizer shall provide a LED Screen or LCD Projector,
- Text slides should be easily read from a distance of about 15-20 meters.
- The maximum duration for presentation is 15 minutes. An additional 5 minutes will be allotted for questions from the session chair and audience.
