One (1) best poster shall be selected across thematic area from an average score from the evaluators during the presentation using the criteria below. The Best poster should have a score of at least 64%. If there is no poster that attains a score of 64% then there shall be no declaration of Best Poster.\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Evaluation Criteria<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>a. POSTER DESIGN AND VISUAL IMPRESSION \u2013 15%<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"fimfs-indent\">\r\n<li>Poster is attractive in terms of design, layout and neatness<\/li>\r\n<li>Graphics are easily viewed and related to the topic, making the material easy to understand<\/li>\r\n<li>The poster stimulates interest and discussion<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>b. OVERALL LAYOUT AND READABILITY \u2013 20%<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"fimfs-indent\">\r\n<li>Fonts are easy-to-read and vary appropriately for headings and text; use of italics, bold and indentions enhance readability<\/li>\r\n<li>Text is appropriate in length for audience and to the point of the project<\/li>\r\n<li>Background and color choice enhance readability<\/li>\r\n<li>There are no grammatical\/spelling mistakes<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>c. RESEARCH CONTENT \u2013 10%<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"fimfs-indent\">\r\n<li>Research addresses an important issue in the field of study, includes goals\/motivating questions that provide the project\u2019s main idea<\/li>\r\n<li>Information is accurate and includes an explanation of key concepts and theories<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>d. RESEARCH DESIGN AND PRESENTATION OF RESULTS \u2013 20%<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"fimfs-indent\">\r\n<li>Appropriateness of research design and methodology<\/li>\r\n<li>Clear description of results<\/li>\r\n<li>Are the conclusions supported by the data and do they reflect the aims of the research?<\/li>\r\n<li>Is there a memorable \u201ctake-home\u201d message?<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>e.
