The Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges \u2013 Region XI serves as a collaborative platform for the six State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the Davao Region to strengthen public higher education through shared academic and research initiatives. In line with this commitment, PASUC XI and its member institutions will co-host the 2nd Davao Sustainable Futures Conference 2026 on October 1\u20132, 2026, in Davao City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With the theme, “Futuring Together for SDG 17: Local Action, Global Connections,” the multidisciplinary conference will provide a venue for collaboration and knowledge exchange in areas such as biodiversity, technology and innovation, food security, humanities, culture, and education, guided by Futures Thinking and Foresight for sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event aims to bring together researchers, faculty, and students from the Davao Region and beyond to foster new partnerships, strengthen academic networks, and create opportunities for collaborative research and publications. Through this initiative, Davao del Norte State College and its partner institutions continue to advance impactful academic engagement and contribute to global and local sustainable development efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
