PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) proved its excellence in teacher education with a performance in the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) – Secondary Level, securing an institutional passing rate of 87.94%, above the national average of 62.27%.
Out of 141 examinees from DNSC, 124 passed, including 118 first-time takers, resulting in a first-time takers’ passing rate of 90.77%. These outcomes not only affirm the college’s academic strength but also highlight its commitment to producing well-prepared and competent future educators.
Adding to this achievement, two graduates from the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Sciences, Jestonie L. Bapilar and Mark M. Padilla, earned spots in the Top 5, each garnering a rating of 93%. The exam was held on March 23, 2025, and the results were released on May 23.
