PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), through its Data Protection Officer, was given the Seal of Certification by the National Privacy Commission (NPC), valid until January 20, 2027.
This is to recognize DNSC’s adherence to the registration requirements mandated by the Data Privacy Act of 2012, along with its implementing rules, regulations, and all related directives. The certification was signed and issued by Atty. Johann Carlos S. Barcena, CESO III, who serves as Privacy Commissioner and Chairman of the commission.
This formal registration certifies that the College has established and implemented the required data protection policies, organizational measures, and security controls to safeguard the personal information of its students, employees, and stakeholders.
DNSC will display the official NPC seal of registration on its official website and in strategic locations across its campuses.
