PANABO CITY – Interested personnel of Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) attended a PhilHealth orientation conducted on March 4, 2026, at the DNSC Gymnasium.
The activity was organized by the college’s Human Resource Management Division and involved representatives from the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) as resource speakers.
The orientation aimed to provide employees with updated information on PhilHealth entitlements, coverage policies, claims processes, and recent updates to help them better understand and utilize their healthcare benefits.
In her message, Raquel J. Edjec, HRMD head, emphasized the importance of being informed about healthcare benefits.
“I know many of us are not fully informed about our entitlements, coverage policies, claim processes, and recent updates, which may lead to underutilization of benefits during health transactions,” Edjec said. “That is why today, PhilHealth officials and experts are here to guide us to have a clear understanding of our healthcare rights.”
