PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), through its Career and Job Placement Unit (JPO) and the Sapnay Program, conducted a Dishwashing Liquid Making Training on April 7, 2026, at the Guidance Office for a graduate of the Social Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Business Institute – College Education Behind Bars (SETBI-CEBB) program.
The beneficiary, a former person deprived of liberty (PDL) and Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship alumnus, underwent hands-on training to support livelihood development and community reintegration. The activity was implemented in partnership with the City Public Employment Service Office (CPESO).
Mr. Lysander V. Gran, CSTEP Focal, Job Matching Focal, TUPAD Focal, and Manpower Development Assistant, served as resource speaker and facilitated the technical, which covered formulation, basic costing, and potential market opportunities.
The initiative forms part of DNSC’s post-graduation support programs aimed at strengthening employability and promoting sustainable livelihood, particularly among graduates from vulnerable sectors.
