Mixed Doubles
The tournament shall consist of four (4) teams competing in the following events:
Each team shall designate its official player/s for each event before the start of the competition.
Since only one court is available, matches shall be played consecutively according to the official schedule.
All players must be at the venue at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match.
A 5-minute grace period may be given to a player/team that is not present when called. Failure to appear after the grace period may result in forfeiture.
Players shall be given a short warm-up period before their match.
Players must demonstrate sportsmanship and respect toward opponents, officials, and fellow participants.
Any concern or protest shall be brought immediately to the tournament official. The decision of the Tournament Committee on matters arising during the competition shall be final.
Each event shall follow a single round-robin format.
With four teams, each team/player will compete against the other three teams/ players. Therefore, there will be six (6) matches per event.
Each match shall be played on a Race-to-3 Games basis. The first player/team to win three games wins the match.
Regular tennis scoring shall be used within each game:
To keep the tournament manageable with only one court, the organizers may use No-Ad Scoring.
- At 40-all (deuce), one deciding point shall be played.
- The winner of the deciding point wins the game.
Players shall change ends according to the normal tennis procedure, as directed by the match official.
At the conclusion of the round-robin matches, teams/players shall be ranked according to their overall performance.
Most number of matches won.
Head-to-head result if two teams/players are tied.
Game differential – total games won minus total games lost.
Total games won.
If a tie still exists, the Tournament Committee may conduct a deciding tiebreak game.

Awards shall be given for each of the five events: Singles A, Singles B, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Separate champions shall therefore be recognized for each event.
A match that takes longer than the allotted period shall be allowed to finish, and the succeeding matches shall automatically move accordingly.
Players scheduled for the succeeding matches must therefore remain within the playing venue.
