PANABO CITY — Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) employees competed for team honors in various sports competitions held during the first two weeks of September as part of the Kasadyaan Festival, the College’s celebration of the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.
Games were played on various dates at the DNSC Court, Gymnasium, and Sports Complex. In men’s basketball, Tribu Hanan secured first place, followed by Tribu Mayari in second, Tribu Tala in third, and Tribu Lalahon in fourth.
For men’s volleyball, Tribu Tala emerged champion, with Tribu Hanan placing second, Tribu Lalahon third, and Tribu Mayari fourth.
In the women’s volleyball competition, Tribu Hanan claimed the top spot, followed by Tribu Tala in second, Tribu Mayari in third, and Tribu Lalahon in fourth.
Lawn tennis featured five categories: Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Tribu Mayari took first place overall, while Tribu Tala finished second, Tribu Hanan third, and Tribu Lalahon fourth.
The tournaments transformed the familiar courts into spaces where employees could compete fiercely, cheer for one another, and celebrate the bonds of public service.
