PANABO CITY – The newly elected officers of Davao del Norte State College’s Faculty Association officially took their oath of office on February 18, 2025, at the Office of the College President. Dr. Joy M. Sorrosa, SUC President III, presided over the brief ceremony.
Samuel A. Plando was sworn in as President, with Sabar G. Hasan as Vice President. Other key officers include Leo D. Rayon Jr. as Secretary General, Samsel Rhys A. Pampilon as Secretary, Bernandita T. Rodriguez as Treasurer, Jean D. Centina as Auditor, Kristine Joy S. Gumanao as Business Manager, and John Rae V. Duran as Public Information Officer.
The Board of Directors, consisting of Ronald S. Decano, Jude M. Magdayao, Boyeth C. Pelone, and Nancy R. Raiz, also took their oath, committing to support the association’s governance.
President Plando expressed gratitude for the faculty’s trust and pledged to promote unity and faculty welfare. The association members look forward to positive changes under the new leadership
