PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) concluded its ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit (IQA) during a closing meeting, capping off a five-day evaluation process from July 14 to 18, 2025.
Facilitated by the Quality Assurance Office (QAO), the audit covered various administrative and academic processes across offices. The activity was conducted as part of the College’s continued commitment to institutional improvement, service delivery enhancement, and compliance with the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Auditors reviewed key documentation, interviewed process owners, and assessed the implementation of continual improvement mechanisms. Their findings highlighted areas of conformance, identified opportunities for improvement, and reinforced the need for consistent application of quality standards in daily operations.
The College is set to consolidate the audit results and implement recommended corrective actions as part of its annual QMS cycle. The internal audit also serves as preparation for the upcoming surveillance audit by external certifying bodies. Vice President for Administration and Finance Reir Erlinda E. Cutad thanked all participants, stating, “Thank you to the QA Office, our auditors, and auditees for your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to improvement. Let us continue to serve with integrity and love for our DNSC family.”
