𝐃𝐍𝐒𝐂 𝐁𝐒 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

The Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), through the BS Entrepreneurship Program, successfully hosted the 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 on August 28, 2025, at the DNSC Gymnasium with the theme “𝐹𝑢𝑛𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑉𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛: 𝐵𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠 𝑆𝑢𝑚𝑚𝑖𝑡 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝐴𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐸𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑢𝑟𝑠.” The summit served as a meaningful platform for students, alumni, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to exchange insights, build networks, and showcase innovative business ideas.

One of the event highlights was the 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑩𝑺 𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔, marking the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey. 𝑨𝒍𝒖𝒎𝒏𝒊 𝒂𝒍𝒔𝒐 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒘𝒄𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒓𝒂𝒇𝒕𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 through native woven baskets, food delicacies, and handmade crafts. Among these was 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕—offered in 𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑙, 𝑠𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑚, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑒𝑠𝑒 𝑓𝑙𝑎𝑣𝑜𝑟𝑠—a proud product of DNSC BS Entrepreneurship alumna Izah Carcasona.

The strong participation of alumni reflected their commitment to mentoring and supporting future entrepreneurs while fostering closer ties between the academe and the business community. Indeed, the summit was a celebration of vision, innovation, and collaboration.
