PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) reported 100% Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) status for all its graduate and undergraduate programs. This was reached following the recent certification of its Bachelor of Science in Agroforestry (BSAF) program by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region XI.
The COPC for the BSAF program was granted through CHED Regional Officer Order No. 36, series of 2025, signed by CHED XI Regional Director Maricar R. Casquejo, PhD, CESO III. This certification confirms that the program meets national standards for quality education and licensure eligibility, as required by CHED and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Before the certificate was awarded, the Regional Quality Assessment Team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of DNSC’s Talaingod campus, where the BSAF program is based. The COPC status of all programs is a proof of DNSC’s commitment to academic excellence and institutional accountability.
