She was accredited on November 26, 2024, at the Department of Education Regional Office XI. The accreditation is valid until November 2026.

RGADC is a special committee under the Regional Development Council (RDC) that aims to advance the mainstreaming of gender and development in the policies, programs, projects, and activities of various agencies. This also ensures maximum and effective coordination among public offices.

The formation of the committee and the pool of accredited resource persons adhere to Republic Act No. 7192, also known as the Women in Development and Nation-building Act. According to Section 4 of its Implementing Rules and Regulations, RDCs are tasked with fully implementing the law at regional and local levels. As of 2024, the RGADC XI is chaired by DepEd XI Regional Director Allan G. Farnazo.
