PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) hosted an exploratory meeting with Rikkyo University of Japan on October 31, 2025, via a hybrid set-up. Rikkyo University was represented by Dr. Ron Martin, Associate Professor and Director of International Exchange Programs, and Prof. Masako Ishii, Professor of the College of Intercultural Communication.
