PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) is currently participating in the 44th PACSA Annual National Convention and 5th International Conference held on November 26–29, 2025 at the Teachers’ Camp, Baguio City.

Representing DNSC are John Rae V. Duran, Federal Student Government (FSG) Adviser; Nolie Jr. C. Guadalquiver, Institute of Teacher Education Local Student Government Adviser; and Rodney Jhon C. Gonzales, FSG President.

This year’s conference carries the theme “KULAY PACSA”, symbolizing the diverse contributions of student leaders nationwide. The program highlights five key learning sessions, each aligned with the letters of KULAY: Key to Transformative Leadership, Unleashing Tech-driven Mindsets,  Learning to Collaborate for Action, Amplifying Progressive Voice, and Yearning for the Bayanihan Spirit.

Over the course of the four-day convention, DNSC delegates will participate in plenary discussions, hands-on workshops, and networking activities designed to expand their understanding of leadership and student governance.
