PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) scholars were recognized during the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) XI’s annual program, “In Touch with Excellence”, held on November 26, 2025. The event honored DOST-SEI scholars who graduated with Latin honors or completed advanced degrees.
Awardees from DNSC included Ralph Moses L. Padilla, who graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics; Mariel Angeline L. Colinares, Cum Laude in the same program; and Kline Shelbe J. Senario, who completed a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Sciences, also Cum Laude.
Welcoming the participants, Assistant Regional Director Sheryl Napoco, delivering the message of Regional Director Anthony C. Sales, emphasized that excellence in science entails a responsibility to apply knowledge and skills toward national development.
Representing DNSC was Josiedel C. Santamaria, Director for Student Development and Services and Coordinator for Scholarship and Grants. The program highlighted DOST’s commitment to developing competent graduates equipped to contribute meaningfully to the country’s progress.
