PANABO CITY — Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), through the Planning and Resource Management Office, conducted a two-part Presentation, Cascading, and Review of Fiscal Year 2026 Targets to ensure unified direction and readiness across all divisions for the coming year.
The activity gathered Vice Presidents, Directors and Deans, and selected Office Heads at the Gender and Development Conference Room, with Day 1 held on November 27, 2025 for divisions under Administration and Finance and those under the Office of the College President. Day 2 followed on December 5, 2025, accommodating divisions under Academics and Research, Extension, and Production.
In his message, Joshua P. Elardo, Director for Planning and Resource Management, emphasized the significance of the annual target-setting process in aligning the institution’s priorities with national and institutional benchmarks.
“This activity is for us to be ready, what will be the different targets or the direction of the institution for the next year, considering the STP, the SUC levelling, the GAA targets for next year, so that we are able to meet the expectations of our respective offices and divisions for the subsequent year. This is an avenue for us to work together, to help each other for the year,” he said.
The sessions provided an opportunity for each division to present and harmonize their FY 2026 plans, ensuring coherence with the College’s long-term goals and strategic development priorities.
