PANABO CITY – Officials from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Central Office visited Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) on March 26, 2025, to assess the implementation of CHED-funded projects. The visit included a meeting at the Gender and Development (GAD) Conference Room, where college officials and CHED representatives discussed the progress of various initiatives. Following the meeting, the delegation toured the implementing sites to evaluate the impact and efficiency of the grants.

During the meeting, Dr. Reir Erlinda E. Cutad, Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF), extended her gratitude to CHED for its continued support. She emphasized how the funded initiatives have contributed to the institution’s growth and development. Among the key projects highlighted were the Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (IDIG) project; Establishment of Computer Laboratory in Davao Penal Colony for DNSC’s Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship Program, DNSC 4.0 Addressing FIRe Demands through Smart Campus Technologies, and Quality and Excellence in Technology Education: Modernization of Laboratory Facilities for Technology Livelihood Education.

The monitoring activity reaffirmed the strong partnership between CHED and DNSC in advancing higher education through innovative and sustainable projects.
