
PANABO CITY — Davao del Norte State College celebrated its employees and retirees through the Araw ng Pagkilala at Pagpupugay sa mga Lingkod Bayani on September 30, 2026, at the DNSC Gymnasium, as part of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.
The program opened with the Araw ng Parangal, recognizing employees and organizational units for their accomplishments and contributions. Marlon Abellana and Regine Mae M. Dayagro were named Best in Attendance, while the Quality Assurance Division received the Best Organizational Unit award.
Jean D. Centina, Elvira A. Dignos, and Evelyn J. Lumaday received the Service Awards as the College’s 2026 retirees. Their families and friends joined the occasion for a heartfelt tribute, where the retirees received flowers and messages of appreciation.
The Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) Awards honored Jovanne C. Alejandrino, Joan Cristin E. Alipoyo, Michael B. Andam, Anselmo G. Anobong, Nestle Joy R. Arguilla, Jovito P. Bolacoy, Jevannel G. Borlio, Jumar S. Buladaco, Mark Van M. Buladaco, Analyn V. Casipe, Ann Cherry C. Cereno, Joannie Faye G. Consarva, Ian Val P. Delos Reyes, John Rae V. Duran, Ma. Melanie N. Edig, Ivan N. Gallegos, Joenabel A. Ganiera, Nolie, Jr. C. Guadalquiver, Charlo Bianci M. Guray, Girley S. Gumanao, Kristine Joy S. Gumanao, Marilou D. Junsay, Hannah Mae G. Lolong, Mark Ronald S. Dela Peña, Eugine B. Dodongan, Daisy S. Gabule, Shaira May M. Goriona, Aunel C. Guillergan, Ray Cherry Hill T. Gumapit, Niño M. Helorentino, Arcelyn B. Llevado, Nelma Mae G. Loja, Jeruel H. Bringing a festive atmosphere to the occasion, Mr. and Ms. Kasadyaan 2026 showcased the employees’ confidence, personality, and camaraderie, while the Dance Drama added a creative and engaging performance to the celebration.
Capping the Araw ng Parangal was the recognition of Outstanding Employees, with Jeff B. Doblas, Glenne B. Lagura, and Ian Jay T. Padios receiving the distinction for their contributions to the College.
Through the Araw ng Pagkilala at Pagpupugay, DNSC paid tribute to the people whose dedication, expertise, and years of service continue to sustain the institution, affirming that every milestone of the College is built on the commitment of its people.
