PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College, through its Sports Affairs Office, convened all participating athletes and coaches for the Mindanao Association of State Tertiary Schools, Inc. (MASTS) Games 2024 on November 15, 2024, at the DNSC Sports Complex.
The sports delegation, including athletes and officials, is expected to total nearly 200 participants. Dr. Joy M. Sorrosa attended the orientation and official sendoff, reminding the athletes to “carry DNSC colors with excellence and humility. Do not forget to respect other competitors, schools, and the playing venues. Clean as you go and be courteous to everyone.”
DNSC will compete in the following sports events: Sepak Takraw (Men and Women), Swimming (Men and Women), Table Tennis (Men), Taekwondo (Men and Women), Volleyball (Men and Women), Arnis (Men and Women), Badminton (Men and Women), Futsal (Women), Football (Men), Lawn Tennis (Men and Women), Chess (Men), Basketball (Men and Women), Dance Sports (Men and Women), Beach Volleyball (Men and Women), and Athletics (Men and Women).
The MASTS Games 2024 will be held in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, on November 24-29, 2024. The orientation included reminders about travel preparations and documents, food and kitchen arrangements, health and medical assistance, and security and safety protocols.
