Admission Guidelines for Qualified Entrants
Admission Period: April 6 – May 29, 2026
I. Admission Schedule
All qualified entrants per program will start their admission processing from April 6 to May 29, 2026.
- Bring original documents + 1 photocopy set in (2) long brown envelope
- Incomplete documents will not be accommodated
II. IAIMS Upload Requirement
Upload documents first to IAIMS (Online Application) before going to Admission Office. NOTE: For successful uploading of documents, file/image should not be more than 2mb. Otherwise, resize.
To successfully upload your requirements, watch this video. (No need to register again, just complete your information and uploads.)-

For Freshmen
- Report Card
- Good Moral Certificate
- PSA Birth Certificate
- 2 pcs 2x2 photo (white background)
- Self Certification Form — Download Here
- Medical Certificate
- Drug Test Result
For Transferees
- Transcript of Records
- Honorable Dismissal
- PSA Birth Certificate
- 2 pcs 2x2 photo
