PANABO CITY – The Commission on Higher Education Davao Regional Office (CHED RO XI) appointed two faculty members from Davao del Norte State College to the Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) for the Academic Year 2025-2026.
The appointments of Dr. Mark Van M. Buladaco, Dean of the Institute of Computing, and Dr. Paquito E. Relox Jr., a faculty member of the Bachelor of Science in Food Technology program, were formalized during the “Reorientation for Regional Quality Assessment Team Members” held on January 14, 2026, at the CHED RO XI Function Hall in Davao City.
The official appointments were signed by Dr. Maricar R. Casquejo, CESO III, Regional Director of CHED RO XI. Dr. Buladaco will serve as an RQAT member for Information Technology Education-related programs, leveraging his expertise in computing and academic leadership. Dr. Relox will contribute his specialized knowledge to the Agriculture Discipline and related programs, focusing on food technology and agricultural sciences.
As RQAT members, the two DNSC educators are entrusted with responsibilities to uphold and advance the quality of higher education in the Davao Region.
