PANABO CITY – The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region XI, together with the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB), convened government, industry, and academic stakeholders during the Partner Summit 2025 on November 28 at the Apo View Hotel in Davao City.
Anchored on the theme “Walang Iwanan sa Digital Bayanihan”, the summit aimed to strengthen intersectoral collaboration in promoting digital literacy and ICT competency across the region. Participants engaged in discussions focused on advancing the country’s digital transformation priorities and fostering a more inclusive digital landscape.
One of the key highlights of the event was the recognition of institutions that have supported DICT’s ICT programs and initiatives. Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), represented by Dr. Mark Van M. Buladaco, Dean of the Institute of Computing, received a Certificate of Recognition for its valuable and sustained contributions to DICT-led activities in Davao del Norte.
