PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) and the University of San Agustin in Iloilo formalized their academic and research collaboration with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on January 30, 2025, at the Gender and Development (GAD) Conference Room.
The MoU defines key areas of cooperation, including student and faculty exchanges, joint research initiatives, and the sharing of publications, reports, and other academic materials. This partnership aims to provide faculty and students with expanded opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and research.
“This event marks the beginning of a new chapter in our institutions’ histories, characterized by partnership, shared goals, and a commitment to excellence,” said Dr. Mark Ronald S. Manseguio, Director for Research and Development. DNSC was represented by Dr. Joy M. Sorrosa, while Dr. Jonel P. Saludes, Director for Natural Drug Discovery and Development, represented the University of San Agustin.
The collaboration underscores both institutions’ dedication to advancing academic excellence, fostering research development, and enhancing institutional growth.
