PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) entered into a partnership with SeeMeSol, Inc. through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on February 2, 2026, at the Freedom Hall of Lyceum of the Philippines–Davao.
The agreement was signed by DNSC President, Dr. Joy M. Sorrosa, and Seemesol Founder and Chairman, David Padgett. The signing took place during the Presidential Briefing and Information Session on the Platform for Graduate Employability and Alumni Tracer Studies, organized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office XI.
Seemesol, Inc. is a leading-edge software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider offering talent and recruitment management solutions aimed at enabling a sustainable and resilient digital talent ecosystem. Through the partnership, DNSC and Seemesol seek to enhance graduate employability, strengthen alumni engagement, and modernize career services using digital and AI-powered platforms.
Under the agreement, DNSC commits to introducing Seemesol as its digital career partner and to exploring the use of Seemesol’s solutions, including the SeeMeEvents virtual platform, SeeMeMarketplace, and SeeMeMentor. These tools are designed to support virtual career activities, mentoring, and employer engagement.
For its part, Seemesol will maintain a cost-free SeeMeConnect portal for DNSC and provide training and support services. The company will also facilitate options for employer linkages, mentoring opportunities, and virtual career activities to support students and alumni in their career development.
The partnership is anchored on key agendas that include building a workforce-ready Region XI through a free digital portal; providing employability metrics to support accreditation and quality assurance; delivering digital and AI-powered career services and enhancement; implementing CHED-mandated alumni tracer studies; expanding industry partnerships through virtual and hybrid career fairs; and showcasing graduate employability success stories.
