PANABO CITY – Seven out of nine first-time takers from Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), all graduates of its Bachelor of Science in Food Technology program, passed the October 2025 Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination, giving the College an overall performance rating of 77.78 percent.
The newly licensed chemical technicians are Irish Jullian T. Barbarona, Ladylin T. Durang, Jasper John O. Guinan, Nico T. Japor, Maricar Nillas, Lemuel P. Pescones, and Sharmen M. Rotante. At the national level, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) reported that 842 out of 1,150 examinees passed the Chemists Computer-Based Licensure Examination, while 2,320 out of 2,766 passed the Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Chemistry.
The exams were conducted across multiple testing centers, including NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.
