
Panabo City – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) once again achieved an extraordinary milestone as its Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) program delivered a 100% passing rate in the 2025 Social Work Licensure Examination (SWLE), as released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) today, September 16, 2025.
With all 88 examinees passing the board exam, DNSC was listed the Top 1 Best-Performing School nationwide in the category for institutions with 51 or more examinees and at least an 80% passing rate. This accomplishment also cements DNSC’s back-to-back victory, having earned the same distinction in 2024.
Three BSSW graduates also secured spots in the list of top notchers. Rising above thousands of examinees across the country, Dianne Malacad placed 5th with a 90% rating, while Micheleth Rivera followed closely at 7th place with an 89.60% rating. Completing the trio, Rizalyn Febb Sarte landed in 10th place with an 89% rating.
PRC confirmed that 7,334 out of 9,647 examinees nationwide passed the examination. The licensure test was administered by the Board for Social Workers, chaired by Hon. Evangeline M. Guinto, with members Hon. Fe J. Sinsona, Hon. Maria Lyra T. Del Castillo, Hon. Vincent Andrew T. Leyson, and Hon. Jerusa C. Arnante-Homo.
