PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), through the initiative of the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), kicked off the month-long festivities for the 2024 Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) on September 2, 2024, at the DNSC Sports Complex.

College President Joy M. Sorrosa officially declared the opening of the Sports and Talents Festival for employees, emphasizing the significance of the celebration as DNSC welcomes more than a hundred new faces to the institution.

“This celebration is a reminder for us that there is a pressing need to scale up and skill up, incorporate sustainable management practices into our decision-making process, and remain a unified team to achieve a common goal,” President Sorrosa stated.
