PANABO CITY – The National Research Council of the Philippines bestowed a certificate of recognition to Davao del Norte State College for tallying the 3rd highest average growth rate number of approved NRCP members in 2024.

The recognition was given during the RDLead (Research and Development Leadership) Conference and Yearend Assembly at Century Park Hotel, Manila, on December 9, 2024. DNSC was represented by Dr. Eliseo F. Huesca Jr., Vice President for Research, Extension, and Production. Also present in the event were other RD Leaders from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Research and Development Institutes (RDIs), National Government Agencies (NGAs), and other program partners.

With more NRCP members, DNSC has the opportunity to undertake impactful research grants and projects. It will also allow more collaborative partnerships with other institutions, both locally and internationally, enriching the nation’s academic environment.
