PANABO CITY – For the first time since becoming operational, the Davao del Norte State College Carmen campus conducted a flag-raising ceremony on its grounds, located in Barangay Ising, Carmen, Davao del Norte.
Dr. Evelyn J. Lumaday, the campus coordinator, addressed the gathering with a message, “Today marks a historic milestone for our campus community. This landmark (flagpole) is a legacy of our friendship and partnership with Barangay Ising.” The ceremony was a symbolic declaration of the campus as fully operational, ready to serve its students.
he event was attended by College President Joy M. Sorrosa and other members of the Management Team, Barangay Local Government Unit officials, faculty members under the Physical Education department, and enrolled students.
The DNSC Carmen Campus is poised to launch educational programs and initiatives to empower the youth and contribute to national progress.
