Davao del Norte State College is Hiring!  

PANABO CITY — The Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) community came alive in vibrant colors, cheers, and camaraderie during the Kasadyaan Festival 2025, held in celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary. The month-long festivities showcased the talent, athleticism, and creativity of DNSC faculty and staff through various sports, cultural, and team-building events.

After days of intense but friendly competition, the Red Kites emerged as the Overall Champion, followed by the Black Eagles (1st Runner-up), the Yellow Falcons (2nd Runner-up), and the Blue Hawks (3rd Runner-up).

In sports, the Red Kites dominated the Volleyball events, clinching first place in both the Men’s and Women’s categories. Meanwhile, the Yellow Falcons proved their strength on the court, topping the Basketball Men’s division and winning the Athletics Men’s Relay. The Black Eagles, on the other hand, showcased endurance and speed in track and field, securing top ranks in the Athletics Women’s 100m Dash and Men’s 200m Dash. The Blue Hawks left their mark as well, winning the Athletics Men’s 100m Dash and Community Extension Proposal competition.

Cultural and special events added flair to the festival. The Black Eagles danced their way to the championship in Zumba and Bayle sa DNSC, while the Blue Hawks’ representative shone as Ms. Kasadyaan. The Mr. Kasadyaan crown went to the Red Kites, further boosting their overall standing.

The symbolic Banner Raising competition was also dominated by the Red Kites, who carried their team’s colors with pride. In the final challenge of unity and cooperation, the Team Building activity, the Red Kites once again reigned supreme.

The events were facilitated by a committee formed specifically for the festival, together with Human Resource Management Office.
