
PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) held a preliminary meeting with Tagum Agricultural Development Company, Inc. (TADECO) on February 4, 2026, at the Office of the Director for Presidential Affairs to explore possible support for the College’s Sapnay Program (TSP).
Representing TADECO was Jessrel C. Baldos, Community Relations (ComRel) Associate, who met with DNSC officials to discuss prospective areas of collaboration aligned with community development and educational support initiatives.
The discussion focused on support mechanisms that may be extended to The Sapnay Program, an institutional initiative aimed at expanding access to assistance for identified beneficiaries. Initial exchanges covered possible contributions to student welfare, community engagement efforts, and shared social responsibility objectives.
As a byproduct of the meeting, TADECO turned over ten packs of rice weighing five kilograms each and a cash donation amounting to Php 3,000 as initial support.
Both parties agreed to continue discussions to further define the scope and parameters of the proposed partnership.
