Game Format:

  1. Best of 3 Sets: The match is played as a best of three sets. A team must win two sets to win the match.
  2. Set Scoring: Sets are played to 25 points, with a minimum 2-point advantage required to win a set. If the score reaches 24-24, play continues until one team has a 2-point advantage.

  5. Rotation: Players must rotate positions clockwise when their team wins a rally and gains the right to serve.
  6. Timeouts: Each team is allowed two timeouts per set, each lasting 30 seconds.
  7. Substitutions: Substitutions can be made during stoppages in play, with proper notification to the referee.
  8. Libero: Teams can designate one player as the libero, who has special defensive privileges but cannot serve or attack the ball.

  3. The first team to reach 25 points with a 2-point advantage wins the set.
  4. The team that wins two sets wins the match.

Game Play:

  1. The game begins with a serve from the right-back position.
  2. The receiving team must return the serve with a maximum of three hits.

  4. The ball must clear the net and land within the opponent’s court to score a point.
  5. Play continues until a point is scored or a fault is committed.
