PANABO CITY — Davao del Norte State College continues to strengthen the quality of its academic programs as ten of its degree offerings received updated accreditation status from the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc.

The Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education major in Home Economics (BTLED) achieved Level IV Re-Accredited Status, valid until May 31, 2030. This distinction represents the highest level of program quality recognition, highlighting the College’s sustained excellence in instruction, research, extension, and linkages.

Three other programs, the Bachelor in Public Administration (BPA), Master of Arts in Educational Management (MAEM), and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management (PhD EM), earned Level III Re-Accredited Status. Programs at this level are recognized for their high standards in curriculum design, faculty competence, and institutional culture of continuous improvement.

Further strengthening DNSC’s standing in graduate education, four programs were granted Level II Re-Accredited Status, effective until May 31, 2029. These include the Master of Arts in Basic Education major in English (MABE ENG), Master in Fisheries Management majors in Fish Processing (MFM FP) and Aquaculture Technology (MFM AQUA), Master of Science in Marine Biodiversity (MSMB), and Master of Science Teaching majors in Biology (MST BIO) and Mathematics (MST MATH).

The Bachelor of Science in Agroforestry (BSAF) and the Master in Information Technology (MIT) were granted Candidate Status, valid until May 31, 2027.
