PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College’s Quality Assurance Office (DNSC QAO) conducted a benchmarking activity together with the Student Admission Unit, College Registrar’s Office, Curriculum Committee, Center for Learning Resources and Materials Development, Alumni Affairs, and Internationalization Initiatives and External Affairs at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) and Lyceum of the Philippines University – Davao (LPU).

At USeP, the delegation gained insights into admission and enrollment processes, curriculum development, instructional materials, alumni affairs initiatives, and internationalization programs. They also learned about USeP’s preparations and progress toward achieving the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Level III – Recognition for Mastery in Quality Management.

During their visit to LPU, the DNSC team focused on understanding the implementation of ISO 21001:2018, which outlines requirements for an Educational Organization Management System aimed at enhancing educational service quality. This complements DNSC’s current ISO 9001:2015 certification, which emphasizes quality management and customer satisfaction through consistently delivering quality services.
