• Exchange of academic staff members for the purpose of research, teaching, and the presentation of special courses in their field of specialization

• Exchange of undergraduate and/or postgraduate students in respect of specific research projects or courses of interest and importance
• Establishment of joint supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students

NHA TRANG UNIVERSITY

• NTU and DNSC shall endeavor to cooperate and collaborate in academic and research programs in areas such as fisheries, marine and aquatic biology, food science and technology, information technology, education, public administration, tourism and such other common disciplines, on the basis of equality, reciprocity and mutual benefit;
• The two partners shall aim at strengthening other modes of partnership such as personnel/faculty and student exchange, on-the job Training and Internship, development and sharing of research laboratories, facilities and equipment where students and Personnel/Faculty in both undergraduate and graduate levels from each partner are given access and use of these laboratories and facilities for their research and development projects;
• The two partners shall endeavor to organize workshops, seminars and conferences in the relevant fields of cooperation and, where both are active partners in specific projects, both party affiliations are mentioned in publications involving common research work.

• Institutional exchanges between faculty and institutional exchange between each partner institution;
• Acceptance of undergraduate and graduate students of each partner institution for periods of study and/or research;

• Exchange of information pertaining to developments in teaching, students development and research institutions;
• Mutually promote information and activities of the Party within the scope of the Memorandom of Understanding on their respective websites (subject to prior written approval for the use of any logos or trademarks);
• Cooperation in any other areas as agreed to by the Parties from time to time.

UNIVERSITI TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN

• To initiate joint projects involving international collaborative research and to share expertise and joint development of research.
• To facilitate academic development exchanges between the Parties, including mutual visits by faculty members to pursue research, teaching, and participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, etc
• To facilitate study visits and student exchange by postgraduate and undergraduate students where appropriate for the purpose of enhancing students learning experience.
• To facilitate industrial placement of DNSC and UTAR students.
• To Facilitate the co-supervision of the Master & PHD students.

UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF HANOI (USTH)

• USTH and DNSC shall endeavor to cooperate and collaborate in academic and research programs in areas such as marine and aquatic biology, food science and technology, information technology, education, public administration and such other common disciplines, on the basis of equality, reciprocity and mutual benefit;
• The two partners shall aim at strengthening other modes of partnership such as faculty and student exchange, development and sharing of research laboratories, facilities and equipment where students in both undergraduate and graduate levels from each partner are given access and use of these laboratories and facilities for their research projects;
• The two partners shall endeavor to organize workshops, seminars and conferences in the relevant fields of cooperation and, where both are active partners in specific projects, both party affiliations are mentioned in publications involving common research work.

UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS

• Collaborate activities shall cover joint undertakings in research, research-enabled graduate-level instruction, training, and public service or extension programs of UPV and DNSC.
• Collaborative projects may be proposed by UPV or DNSC based on each institution’s priority programs, needs, and capabilities.
• Collaborative projects may be submitted for funding to donor agencies or funded through each institution’s internal funds allocated for search projects. the selection of the primary author all scientific outputs shall be formally mutually agreed upon by both parties.
