PANABO CITY – In a communication letter dated April 4, 2023, the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring, Information and Reporting Systems confirmed that Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) is eligible for the grant of the Fiscal Year 2021 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB).

PBB is part of the Performance-based Incentive System (PBIS) and is given to employees who have greatly contributed to the attainment of the annual targets and commitments of a public agency or institution. The eligibility of an agency to receive PBB is also a testament to its efficiency and high-level performance.

DNSC garnered a total of 75 points based on the PBB criteria and conditions. It will be the first time after six years that the College has qualified for the grant. The inter-agency task force is comprised of the Office of the President of the Republic, National Economic and Development Authority, Department of Budget and Management, Department of Finance, and Presidential Management Staff.
