PANABO CITY – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) bestowed the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Level II Bronze Award to Davao del Norte State College for successfully implementing human resource management systems that empower agencies toward HR excellence.

The award was received by College President Joy M. Sorrosa, Vice President for Administration and Finance Reir Erlinda E. Cutad, and HRM Office representatives Nestle Joy R. Arguilla and Lady Mae B. Daquio last May 31, 2024, at the Grand Regal Hotel, Lanang, Davao City. Regional Director Cyril-Nathan SM handed over the award, accompanied by the CSC XI top officials.

The PRIME-HRM is a program that capacitates agencies to perform their human resource management functions, recognizes best practices in various areas of human resource management, and serves as a venue for the development of HRM in the Philippine public service.

The award acknowledges DNSC’s commitment to meritocracy and excellence in managing human resources. This includes efficient and effective recruitment, selection, and placement processes, performance management, learning and development, and rewards and recognition systems.
