PANABO CITY – As Davao del Norte State College wraps up another successful year in its quality assurance endeavors, three additional programs earned the Certificate of Program Compliance from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). The COPC confirms the adherence of the programs to Republic Act No. 7722, otherwise known as the “Higher Education Act of 1994,” and other standards and guidelines set by the commission.
On October 26, 2023, both the Master of Arts in Educational Management (MAEM) and the Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management (PhDEM) were granted their COPC, followed by the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management’s certification on December 15, 2023.
The evaluation process saw the active involvement of program chairs and deans and the support of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Office of the Director for Quality Assurance, and the wider DNSC community. This collaborative effort reflects the institution’s dedication to maintaining and elevating the quality of education.
With only two undergraduate programs remaining without certification this year, Davao del Norte State College continues to demonstrate its unwavering commitment to meeting and exceeding the highest educational standards.
