PANABO CITY – Davao del Norte State College was one of the stopovers of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines’ Cagayan De Oro Business Incubation Technology Entrepreneurship and Startups (CDO BITES) roadshow. The activity promoted the importance of having an entrepreneurial mindset and the crucial role of collaboration and networking in starting and growing a business.

DNSC’s very own Business Upscaling and Growth Strategies for Accelerating Technology – Technology Business Incubator (BUGSAy TBI) received the team from USTP last May 24, 2023, at the DNSC Audio-visual Room. The opening program of the activity started with an information drive of the two TBIs through Dr. Franch Lorilla from CDO Bites and Ms. Joena Marie Agod from BUGSAy TBI. The first session was all about Design Thinking and knowing about the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC).

The afternoon session involved pitching practices and tips that are beneficial in convincing an audience to listen and take action. The participants were selected students of DNSC. The BUGSAy TBI of DNSC hopes to learn from other established TBIs in Mindanao to become a problem-solving, innovative, and responsive incubating hub in the region.Search for:
