PANABO CITY — Nolie Jr. C. Guadalquiver, an instructor from Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), has been named Outstanding Educator in TLE and TVL Education (HEI Category) during the 4th POTTE Gawad Parangal sa Natatanging Guro 2025, organized by the Philippine Organization for TLE and TVL Educators, Inc.
Guadalquiver received the distinction at the 7th POTTE National Convention 2025, held on December 5–7, 2025, at the Surigao del Norte State University – Main Campus Gymnasium. He is one of only three awardees from the Davao Region in the Higher Education Institution category.
This year’s convention carried the theme “Toward a Future-Proof Technical and Vocational Profession: The Role of TLE and TVL Practitioners in Digital, Sustainable, and Inclusive Education”. The event brought together educators, trainers, researchers, and industry partners from across the country, highlighting initiatives that promote innovation, professional development, and strengthened collaboration in fields such as Home Economics, ICT, Industrial Arts, and Agri-Fishery Arts.
